These terms govern the relationship between MOSTIS (the service) and the user. Paying for any plan means you accept them.
The service provides paid access to its servers for routing the user's internet traffic. Access is issued as a personal configuration link that you add to a client application. Those applications are made and distributed by third parties; the service does not own them.
One subscription covers five simultaneous devices. Some servers have no volume limit; others spend a gigabyte package that is credited with every payment, adds up to the remaining balance and never expires. Current prices and volumes are always shown in the bot and take precedence over this document.
Payments are one-off: there is no recurring billing and no automatic renewal. Payments are accepted through external payment providers and networks that process card and wallet credentials on their own side. Access opens automatically once a payment is confirmed.
A refund is available if the service failed to provide the paid access through its own fault, or if a payment was charged twice. Unused time of a paid period is not refunded. Requests are sent to support and reviewed within 10 business days.
The service makes reasonable efforts to stay available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation: maintenance, hosting provider failures and network restrictions are possible. The service is not responsible for third-party applications, devices or payment systems, nor for the user's own actions. Its liability is limited to the price of the paid period.
The service may change these terms and its prices. A new version is published at this address with its date; continued use means acceptance. An already paid period keeps the terms it was bought under.
